Plan for about 8 × 8 ft (2.5 × 2.5 m) of floor space, roughly 8 ft of ceiling height, and a standard power outlet within 15 ft. Not sure about your venue? Send us a photo of the spot and we'll confirm it fits.

Up to six guests fit comfortably in each photo. We set the camera framing for your group size, so a couple and a full wedding party both look great.

A 25% deposit, paid through Square when you book, secures your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule once, up to 14 days before your event, subject to availability.

We arrive 60 to 90 minutes before your start time to set up and run test shots. We need load-in access and one outlet. We pack out once your booth time ends.

Instantly. Guests can send photos to their phone by text, email or QR code, and Essentials Plus and above hand out unlimited 4×6 prints on the spot. Online sharing needs an internet connection, so if your venue's Wi-Fi is unreliable, tell us and we'll plan around it.

Yes. Every package includes a custom-designed print layout with your names, date, colours or logo, plus a basic backdrop. Send us your details at least two weeks before your event so we can have everything ready.

Tell us your venue when you book. If it's outside our standard service area, we'll confirm any travel fee with you before you pay a deposit.
